Terms & Condition of Service:

These terms outline the agreement between Hadi Communication and the subscriber:
Subscriber Identification: The subscriber has to provide the necessary documents and information to establish the subscriber's identification, legal status, and business capacity. Hadi Communication shall have the right to examine the same. Hadi Communication shall have the right to temporarily disconnect, suspend, or terminate the services for giving any false information by the subscriber in any document or otherwise, including on the subscription form. Suppose there is any change in the information provided earlier.
Service Timeline: Hadi Communication shall provide the services to the subscriber within the agreed timeline. However, in case of any delayed support, Hadi Communication will notify the subscriber as soon as it is reasonably practicable.
Ownership: Hadi Communication retains ownership of provided connections and equipment. of contact as provided by the Institute to confirm payment.
Payments: Timely payments are required to avoid service disconnection.
Data Privacy and Security: While Hadi Communication implements security measures, subscribers are encouraged to use their own security software.
Connection Fee: Determined by package, type, and location; subject to change by Hadi Communication.


সেবার শর্তাবলী:

এই শর্তাবলী Hadi Communication এবং গ্রাহকের মধ্যে চুক্তি নির্ধারণ করে:
গ্রাহক পরিচিতি: গ্রাহককে তার পরিচয়, আইনগত অবস্থা এবং ব্যবসায়িক সক্ষমতা প্রমাণ করার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় নথি ও তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে। Hadi Communication এ তথ্য যাচাই করার অধিকার রাখে। যদি গ্রাহক মিথ্যা তথ্য প্রদান করেন তবে Hadi Communication সাময়িকভাবে সংযোগ বিচ্ছিন্ন, স্থগিত বা বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে। পূর্বে প্রদত্ত তথ্যের পরিবর্তন হলে তা জানাতে হবে।
সেবা প্রদানের সময়সীমা: Hadi Communication গ্রাহককে নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে সেবা প্রদান করবে। তবে কোনো কারণে বিলম্ব হলে যথাসময়ে গ্রাহককে জানানো হবে।
মালিকানা: প্রদত্ত সংযোগ এবং যন্ত্রপাতির মালিকানা Hadi Communication-এর অধীনে থাকবে।
পেমেন্ট: সেবা চালু রাখতে সময়মতো অর্থ পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
ডাটা প্রাইভেসি ও সুরক্ষা: Hadi Communication নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করলেও গ্রাহককে নিজের সিকিউরিটি সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহার করতে উৎসাহিত করা হয়।
সংযোগ ফি: প্যাকেজ, ধরণ এবং অবস্থান অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হবে এবং প্রয়োজনে Hadi Communication তা পরিবর্তন করতে পারবে।
